Appealing though that argument may be in some ways, it has serious flaws. If the Supreme Court fails to act, gay people in some parts of the country may have to wait many years before their home states recognize their right to marry — or they may have to move in order to marry. And rights that legislatures give they can also take away. Only the Supreme Court can declare that gay people have a fundamental constitutional right to marry — no matter what the politicians say.

Reasons to BAN gay marriage(Lol):
Reason one:
Homosexuality is completely messing with the laws of nature. Just like antibiotics, poptarts and over the shoulder boulder holders. Besides those gays choose to be that way, the same way straight people choose to be straight .

Reason two:
 My church doesn't believe in gay marriage, and this is America. My church makes all the laws. Homos are an abominations. The bible tells me so, and it also tells me it's okay to sell my daughter into slavery, and to stone people, and to not work on Sundays. So it's great for making up laws.

Reason three:
Homo marriages are not real marriages! Hello because male on male and girl on girl, can't make babies. Like it's against the law for those menopause chicks to get legally married. Aww, can't make babies? Can't get married! That's the law.

Reason four:
Gay marriage will let the gays recruit war people into being homo! the same as hanging around black people will make you blacker. Gayness is super contagious, just like being left handed. Don't let them touch you!

Reason five:
It is messed up when gay couples adopt kids abandoned by straight people. They need male and female role model, that is why if YOU are single it's against the law to raise children. It's better to be an orphan than have two mommies.

So hold up, Don't be hating on the homo's.
